Updated Delivery Information - COVID-19

Dear Customers

During this COVID-19 crisis we are committed to serving our customers as best we can. 

We are able to stay open currently as we are a small family business. However we will now only be dispatching orders TWICE per week rather than everyday.

All orders will be dispatched on MONDAYS and THURSDAYS.

Delivery options will be reduced to Royal Mail 1st class (express) and Royal Mail 2nd class (standard). We have decided to remove our next day delivery option due to the unreliability of this service currently.

Unfortunately we cannot offer worldwide delivery during this time. Delivery will be to UK only.

Please bear in mind your delivery may take longer to reach you due to our extended processing times. As far we know, Royal Mail is operating as normal. However we do reccomend that you leave extra time, and order further in advance than usual.

 

When will my order be dispatched?

Your order will be dispatched on a Monday or a Thursday.

If you place an order after 2pm on a Thursday, up to 2pm the following Monday, your order will leave on Monday

If you place an order after 2pm on a Monday, up to 2pm on a Thursday, your order will leave on a Thursday.
