We love our new range of mini cake balloon toppers! Turn any cake from ordinary to extraordinary with these simple kits of bright mini confetti balloon pops.
These kits have been put together by us here in our party studio, and contain everything you need! Each kit includes 5 transparent mini balloons pre-filled with mini confetti in green, pink, red, blue and yellow, with bright straws, ribbon and instructions. They make the most fabulous cake toppers, or use them as little balloon wands to hand out to your guests as going home gifts and table decorations in vases.
We do recommend a balloon pump to inflate mini balloons are they are harder to blow into than standard size balloons.
